+ Free ShippingThis Circular Saw with auto loaders are used in diverse industries for cutting up bars and tubes. These circular sawing machines are specially designed for high rate of production and more accuracy. Available in semi-automatic, fully automatic and numerically controlled versions, our machines feature simple controls and robust construction.
- Saw Head: Saw Head is ball screw actuated with premium grade linear motion guides. The saw head is Servo controlled.
- Autoloader: Autoloader of width 1000mm and 6000mm length to stack the bars in single row. The bars will be transferred on to the machine one by one, once the earlier bar is exhausted.
- Auto Indexing Feeder: Auto indexing feeder is also driven by a highly precise servo motor with precision ball screw stroke 600mm. The job rests on roller table mounted above the indexing feeder for smooth movement.
- Electric Panel: Ergonomically designed electrical panel which houses the servo drive arrangement along with PLC & HMI
